Our equipment operates from 1700 bar (25,000 psi) to 3000 bar (44,000 psi). This is known as Ultra High Pressure water blasting.

For this blasting only pure freshwater is used.

We can also carry out cold cutting using the same pressures but with the addition of garnit sand abrasive.

We also operate with robotic and semi-robotic blasting systems. This allows for full vacuumation of water, coating and corrosion.
 
Adhesion Test
Purpose
The purpose of this investigation is to find out what the adhesion is of Hempadur 1557 on waterblasted steel. On top of the Hempadur 1557, Bolidt primer PU/LP 2581 was applied. This investigation has been made according to ISO 9352.

Result
The average adhesion of Hempadur 1557 on waterblasted steel is 6.8 MPa.
